The International shipping cost has to be calculated on the weight of the parcel and the Zone of the World which your country belongs to. Our system calculates automatically the International shipping costs based on the products in your Basket.
For orders containing only one or more items "bracelet inCatena", the shipment will be made through Poste Italiane and delivery in 5 working days.

If the items are available in stock and your item will be dispatched and sent out the following working day. The parcel will be delivered by our courier depending on the country of destination. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the shipping address and cancel orders.
In case of issues during the shipping time or unclaimed items, if the dead stock is due to the addressee (absence, wrong or incompleted address, lack of contact number) the costs of the storage will be addebited to the customer.
We don’t accept returns of items presenting the same features as stated in your order or suitable for use. If products are not suitable for use, for quality or quantity, in respect of what stated in your order, you can send a written complain to Xevents within 7 days of receipt.
Once agreed the return with our Customer Service, you have 14 days to return items, that must be in new and unused condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels, and a copy of the receipt. Please mention also the Return number (valid for 14 days) given you by our Customer Service team.
All freight costs and risks related to returning items to Xevents are at your expense.
We provide a full refund except the costs of shipping already paid by the customer.
If you want to change the goods, the new shipping costs will be at your charge.
All orders are shipped from Italy. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
