The FP3 has been Pinarello’s success story for 2009.
Built and designed using Pinarello LAB’s SOE System (Simulation, Optimize, Evolution), the FP3 has a slightly less powerful appearance than the Prince but preserves the compact shape and harmonious lines of its highly successful predecessor. The FP3 mounts the new Onda FPK fork, derived from the FPX used on the Prince, with 1 1/8” to 1 1/4” coning on the fork head. The monocoque frame is made of 30HM12K carbon, with ONDA FPK rear monostay, asymmetric rear forks (a feature unique to Prince) and our well-tested oversize MOst Croxover bottom bracket. Size 54 weighs only 1100 grams. The FP3 is available only as a complete bicycle. Special attention was given to the colour scheme, with 5 new hand-painted colours and exclusive components, such as the new white or red MOst C3 cranksets and MOst brakes with white or red calipers, carbon seat post and stem with 3K fi nish. The FP3 is available in 14 sizes: 10 sizes for men and 4 special angle versions for the ladies.
