With a wet and wild sprint, Ale-Jet Petacchi (Fassa Bortolo) took his third stage win of the 2005 Giro Stage In Lissone and his 20th win of the season on his Pinarello Dogma FP.



"Today we showed how good our team was and despite the puncture of Fabio Sacchi in the finale, we were able to bring hom our third stage win", said Petacchi. "In this Giro, I feel stronger than last year, especially on the climbs."



Two more chances for Petacchi & Fassa Bortolo for stage wins at this years Giro d'Italia at Varazze on Wednesday and the final stage in Milano.
