Can I buy online your products?
Neither our dealers nor Cicli Pinarello sell bikes, accessories or clothing online. We highly recommend not to purchase Pinarello products online, especially when sold by foreign websites (Asiatic in particular). They are not authorized to sell our products and frequently trade fake merchandise.
Our products are top quality and extremely customized, and we want you to enjoy them at their best. For this reason you'll need assistance from a specialized mechanic at the moment of delivery of the bike. Online sellers can't offer you this essential service. While registering the online warranty, the page says "wrong serial number". What can I do to complete the registration correctly?
First of all, please check that you entered the correct serial number.

As you can see from the technical data (http://www.pinarello.com/else/technical_data.pdf), our bikes are produced in a wide range of sizes. Our aim is to provide you the best bike for your physical structure, therefore we think that it is not wise to decide the correct size in an approximate and hasty way.
For that reason, we suggest to contact one of our shops, who will be pleased to assist you in body measurement and decision of the right bike size. In case of doubt they could confront with our technicians. Is it possible to repaint a carbon frame?
Cicli Pinarello does not repaint carbon frames. We firmly disapprove this procedure, as the carbon fibers could been damaged during the process of paint removal. It could be dangerous to ride the frame after a repaint. No warranty is granted when modifications or repairs, even on painting, are carried out by unauthorized manufacturers or mechanics.
We don't repaint old models in aluminum, magnesium or steel anymore. Can you send me some decals for my old Pinarello bike I want to restore?
Quite a long ago we changed the decals on our bikes.
The graphics are now more captivate; moreover, they are water-based and applied under an hand of transparent paint. This is a complex procedure that needs our high skilled personnel for a professional result. Unfortunately we don't have the old decals anymore, therefore we can't deal with your request. My frame has a malfunction or a defect, what shall I do?
You simply have to report it to your nearest shop (no matter if it is not the one where you bought the bike).
Please bring with you a copy of the online warranty registration and the invoice/receipt that was issued at the moment of purchase. These documents are very important and without them the shop won't be able to report the claim to the importer or to us. Cicli Pinarello SPA does not accept claims directly from final customers. How much do Pinarello bikes weigh?

The mentioned weight refers to the raw frame without fork, in size 54. We don't publish complete bike's weight because it can vary depending on the desired assembling (group set, wheels, and so on). Is there a body weight limit above that it's not advisable to ride a carbon frame?
There is not a limit of weight to ride on our bikes. It is much more important to understand how you want to use your bike.
There are many kinds of carbon, specific for different types of ride. You can ask to your nearest shop which is the best model for you. Where do you manufacture your frames?
Our frames are made in Far East, where the mass production of raw frames is based. The following production phases, such as painting and assembling, are completed in Villorba, Italy, in our factory.
The material used in most of our products comes basically from Japan, the best supplier of carbon fibers worldwide. Our partner Toray (renowned for its collaboration with important aerospace and automobile companies) provides exclusively to Cicli Pinarello the best carbon in the market, used on Dogma, Kobh, Graal and so on. Do you accept sponsorship requests?
Normally we take into consideration sponsorship requests of single athletes or teams through our shops in Italy, or dealers/importers worldwide.
Please contact them first, we will discuss with them possible offers or promotions for you or your team. Is my warranty valid only in the shop where I bought my bike?
No, the warranty is valid worldwide. If you have a problem with your frame you can go in any authorized Pinarello shop.
